Full-Time Program
Our Full-Time Private School Program provides a flexible, student-centered learning experience within a small, mixed-age community. Designed for families seeking an alternative to traditional education, this program supports each child as an individual while building strong academic and life skills.
Students are known, supported, and encouraged to grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity.
What Students Experience
Students attend in-person learning days twice per week, where they engage in:
- Science and STEM through hands-on experiments and projects
- History with integrated reading, writing, and discussion
- Art and creative expression
- Career exploration and real-world connections
- Collaborative and independent learning opportunities
Learning is active, engaging, and designed to build both understanding and real-world skills.
Our Approach to Learning
At The One Room, we combine strong academic foundations with flexibility and personalization. Students learn through:
- Hands-on, project-based experiences
- Mixed-age collaboration and mentorship
- Individualized learning goals
- Reflection, discussion, and real-world application
Rather than following a rigid system, students grow at their own pace with guidance and support.
Structure and Support
Our Full-Time Program blends in-person learning with guided at-home support:
- In-Person Days: Thursdays & Fridays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- At-Home Learning: Monday–Wednesday (guided plans provided)

This structure allows families to maintain flexibility while ensuring consistent academic progress and meaningful learning experiences.
